The Elevator at Night
夜のエレベーター
今日は月曜日です。夜の十時です。
私は学校から帰りました。家は七かいです。一人でエレベーターに入ります。
三かいで、エレベーターがとまりました。ドアがあきます。外には、だれも見えません。
その時、小さいこえが聞こえました。
「入ってもいいですか。」
私は、びっくりしました。でも、こわくありません。こえが、とてもやさしいからです。
「どうぞ、入ってもいいですよ。」
小さいこえでいうと、ドアがしまりました。エレベーターは、また上がります。何だか、すこしおもいです。
七かいで、ドアがあきました。
「ありがとう。」
小さいこえが、いいました。
火曜日、友だちに話しました。
「それは、こわいですね。」
「いいえ、やさしい人ですよ。」
「そのエレベーターは、どうですか。」
「大きくないですが、いいエレベーターです。」
その夜も、十時です。三かいでとまりました。
「入ってもいいですか。」
「どうぞ。家で、おちゃはどうですか。」
今夜は、二人で上に行きます。
