Anime Pop-Ups in Tokyo, October 2026: Shops, Collab Cafés and Exhibitions, With Dates

October 2026 in Tokyo has a busy calendar of limited-time anime shops and cafés. At Tokyo Anime Center in Shibuya, a Love Live! Hasunosora pop-up runs from 9 to 25 October alongside an Angelique 30th-anniversary exhibition. Tokyo Solamachi has a Cardcaptor Sakura pop-up from 3 October. Doraemon Mirai Depart runs a pop-up at Tokyo Dome City from 9 October to 23 November. In cafés, ufotable Cafe Tokyo serves a Demon Slayer collaboration from 6 October, Capcom Cafe Ikebukuro starts Ace Attorney on 9 October, and the Square Enix Cafe in Shinjuku has Final Fantasy X until 2 December. Hasunosora (9–25 Oct, free entry), Perfect Addiction (9–18 Oct) and Palverse (to 18 Oct); Tokyo Solamachi has Cardcaptor Sakura TaKaRaBaKo and a Star Wars pop-up from 3 October; Kiddy Land Harajuku has Bread Thief (2 Oct–1 Nov) and Nameko (2–15 Oct); and Doraemon Mirai Depart is at Tokyo Dome City (9 Oct–23 Nov).

Which anime collab cafés are on in October 2026?

ufotable Cafe Tokyo runs Demon Slayer's Mugen Train rebroadcast collaboration (6 Oct–1 Nov) and Tales of 30th anniversary (to 25 Oct); Capcom Cafe Ikebukuro runs Ace Attorney 25th anniversary (9 Oct–26 Nov); the Square Enix Cafe & Shop Shinjuku runs Final Fantasy X 25th anniversary (to 2 Dec); and Cure Maid Café in Akihabara starts its next collaboration on 10 October.

Which anime exhibitions are on in October 2026?

Tokyo Anime Center's Angelique 30th Memorial Museum runs from 2 October to 8 November with timed tickets. Bandai Spirits' TAMASHII NATIONS STORE TOKYO in Akihabara runs its live-action figure expo (Kamen Rider, Ultraman, Godzilla) until 26 October. The Toei Animation Museum in Nerima has a Precure film exhibition into 2027.

What opens in October 2026?

ULTRAMAN STORE TOKYO opens on 9 October on B2 of Ikebukuro PARCO's main building, a new official Ultraman shop with a video "Ultra Fight Window". Tokyo Comic Con follows in December at Makuhari.
