Precure Pretty Store Tokyo: The Official Pretty Cure Shop at Tokyo Station, and Its Photo Studio

Precure Pretty Store Tokyo is Toei Animation's official Pretty Cure shop, on B1 of Tokyo Station Ichibangai inside Tokyo Character Street. It sells goods across the series, including items only sold at Pretty Stores, and it has a photo studio where small children can be photographed in a Cure's costume. On new-release days entry can be by advance ticket: on 13 and 14 October 2026, some time slots are ticket-only. I run private anime tours in Akihabara most weeks, and this is the shop I suggest to families with Precure fans.

The official site lists five permanent Pretty Stores: Osaka (the main store), Tokyo, Yokohama, Koshigaya Laketown and Nagoya.

Where is Precure Pretty Store Tokyo?

At 1-9-1 Marunouchi, Chiyoda City, on the B1 floor of Tokyo Station Ichibangai, inside Tokyo Character Street. It takes cash, credit cards, e-money and QR payments.

How does the Pretty Store photo studio work?

You pay at the till first, choosing the mount design and photo size, and take a number. When called, your child chooses a costume, accessories and a transformation item, changes, and is photographed; the staff choose the photo and hand it over in its mount. Costumes come in one size, 110 cm, for children about 95 to 115 cm tall, and each child is photographed alone.

This is the honest section. The studio is for small children, so older fans and adults cannot use it. If your child wants an older series' Cure, only Osaka has those costumes.

Do you need a ticket for Precure Pretty Store?

Usually not, but on big release days, yes. For 13 and 14 October 2026, when the Star Detective Precure! "Fancy Halloween Parade" seasonal goods go on sale, some time slots are reservation-only through Live Pocket, first come first served from 4 October at 18:00. Ticket holders must show photo ID matching the booking name; one slot and one purchase per person.

Outside those slots, the store may still limit entry or hand out numbered tickets when busy, announced on its X account, @pps_as. Overseas visitors can use a passport as ID. If you shop tax-free, from 1 November 2026 you pay the tax at the till and get it back after a customs check at the airport.

Where else can Precure fans go in Tokyo?

The Toei Animation Museum in Nerima, run by the studio that makes Precure, has a special exhibition for the latest Precure film until around the end of February 2027. It is free, but far from central Tokyo.
