ONE PIECE Card Game Official Shops in Tokyo: Where They Are, and the Lottery and ID Rules

The ONE PIECE Card Game has three official shops in Tokyo, run by Bandai Namco Amusement: Ikebukuro, in Sunshine City's World Import Mart building 3F; Shinjuku, in Tokyu Kabukichō Tower 3F; and Shibuya, in MAGNET by SHIBUYA109 B1F. They sell the cards and supplies, run tournaments and beginners' teaching sessions. Booster packs are sold only by advance lottery, everything is limited to one purchase per person per day using face recognition, and from 21 November 2026 the only accepted ID is a passport or a My Number card. In Akihabara, Bandai's multi-game card shop DECKS STADIUM also runs One Piece events. I run private anime tours in Akihabara most weeks, and this is what I tell card players before they shop.

The shops do not answer questions about stock or delivery dates, by phone or otherwise.

Where are the ONE PIECE Card Game official shops in Tokyo?

From the official shop list: Tokyo Ikebukuro, 3-1-3 Higashi-Ikebukuro, Sunshine City World Import Mart Bldg 3F; Tokyo Shinjuku, 1-29-1 Kabukichō, Tokyu Kabukichō Tower 3F; and Tokyo Shibuya, 1-23-10 Jinnan, MAGNET by SHIBUYA109 B1F. There are 20 official shops across Japan in total.

How do you buy booster packs at the official shops?

Only through the advance lottery. All booster packs at the official shops are lottery-only, and other products may be added to the lottery too. If you win, staff check your ID against your purchase-ticket screen and your membership details at the counter; any mismatch and the sale is refused. Boxes are opened by having the tape cut at the till.

This is the honest section. Bandai says the rules exist to give every customer a fair chance to buy, and a mismatch means no sale even with a winning ticket. For overseas visitors the good news is that a passport is one of the two accepted IDs from 21 November 2026; make sure the name on your membership matches it exactly.

Can beginners play at the official shops?

Yes. Bandai describes the shops as welcoming to people new to trading card games, and they run teaching sessions on an irregular schedule, alongside standard battles, flagship battles and release events. Check the official schedule for the month.

The November 2026 schedules for standard, flagship and extra grand battles were posted on 1 October. DECKS STADIUM in Akihabara also posts monthly event schedules for the One Piece Card Game and Bandai's other card games, including Dragon Ball Super Card Game Fusion World, Digimon, Union Arena and the Gundam card game.

What about other places to buy One Piece cards in Tokyo?
