hololive Store Tokyo: The Tokyo Station Shop, the Harajuku Shop, and the Ikebukuro Pop-Up

In Tokyo, hololive production's official shops are at Tokyo Station, on Tokyo Character Street, and in Harajuku, at Tokyu Plaza Omotesando "OMOKADO", which opened on 24 April 2026. A national pop-up tour also starts in Ikebukuro, running until 1 November 2026. Popular releases use numbered tickets, and the shops do not answer stock questions. I run private anime tours in Akihabara most weeks, and this page is for the VTuber fans among my guests.

Where are the hololive official shops in Tokyo?

Two shops and one pop-up. The Tokyo Station shop is in Tokyo Character Street, inside Tokyo Station Ichibangai. The Harajuku shop is in OMOKADO, 4-30-3 Jingūmae, Shibuya. The pop-up runs at Ikebukuro PACKS, 2nd and 3rd floors, 3-2-1 Higashi-Ikebukuro, from 3 October to 1 November 2026.

From Akihabara, Tokyo Station is two stops on the JR Yamanote line, which makes it the easiest of the three to add to a day with my Akihabara anime tour.

Is the hololive shop at Tokyo Station still open?

Yes. It opened on 14 November 2024 as a shop planned to run until spring 2026, and hololive then announced it would continue. It closed at its original spot on 12 April 2026 and reopened in temporary premises on 17 April. hololive said details of full operation from autumn 2026 would come on the shop's official X account.

This is the honest section. "Temporary premises until around autumn" means the exact spot inside Tokyo Character Street can change. On 4 October 2026, Tokyo Station Ichibangai's floor guide listed the shop on B1. Check the shop's X account before you go, especially if your trip is in late 2026.

What do the hololive shops sell?

Shop-exclusive original goods, a selection from hololive's online official shop, and licensed merchandise. The Tokyo Station shop sells its station and travel-themed series, and from 21 August 2026 a "Japanese Chibi style" Vol. 3 line featuring six talents, with a random sticker for every ¥2,200 spent.

Rules the official pages state:

• Numbered tickets on release days. For new lines, the Tokyo Station shop hands out numbered tickets on the day; no reservation needed.
• No stock inquiries. The shop will not answer questions about stock or restocking.
• Purchase limits may apply depending on sales.

The Harajuku shop adds experiences of its own: a life-size figure for a limited time and video on a "Spatial Reality Display" that shows 3D without glasses.

How do you visit the Ikebukuro pop-up?

It runs from 3 October to 1 November 2026 at Ikebukuro PACKS, 2nd and 3rd floors. Entry on 3 and 4 October was by advance reservation through LivePocket; after that, hololive says entry limits and numbered tickets may be used depending on crowds. Merchandise for three talents is Tokyo-specific.

After Tokyo the tour moves to Nagoya, Fukuoka, Osaka and Sapporo, ending in March 2027. If you are in Ikebukuro anyway, the pop-up pairs with Otome Road and Anime Tokyo Station.

Are there hololive goods in Akihabara?

Yes, though not an official hololive shop. animate Akihabara's Building 1 lists VTuber goods, including hololive and Nijisanji, on its 6th floor. Secondhand shops sometimes have past goods. For the official shop experience and exclusives, go to Tokyo Station or Harajuku.

Can tourists shop tax-free?

Ask at the counter, with your passport, if you will spend ¥5,000 or more before tax in one shop on one day. From 1 November 2026 you pay the tax at the till and get it back after a customs check at the airport.
