AKIHABARA Gamers Main Store: What Is on Each Floor, From Card Labo to the Love Live! Floor

AKIHABARA Gamers Main Store, at 1-14-7 Sotokanda, is an anime shop of eight levels: Card Labo in the basement, new books and magazines on 1F, an Ensemble Stars!! store on 2F, discs and books on 3F, the Bushiroad Store and a BanG Dream! collaboration store on 4F, a Love Live! School Idol Space on 5F, events on 6F and pop-up stores every day on 7F. It is tax-free. I run private anime tours here most weeks, and this is the floor guide Love Live! and Bushiroad fans need.

Gamers is the anime retail chain whose mascot is Di Gi Charat, and 2026 is its 30th anniversary. The Akihabara main store is its flagship.

What is on each floor of AKIHABARA Gamers?

From Gamers' own store page: B1 is Card Labo's Gamers branch; 1F new manga, novels, magazines, penlights and storage goods; 2F the Ensemble Stars!! store; 3F anime, voice-actor and game discs plus books; 4F Bushiroad Store and BanG Dream! collaboration store; 5F Love Live!, games and character goods; 6F events; 7F pop-ups and character goods.

Is AKIHABARA Gamers good for Love Live! fans?

Yes. The 5th floor is a Love Live! School Idol Space with series goods, and Gamers runs store-exclusive Love Live! items; for example, Love Live! Superstar!! Halloween party acrylic stands are Gamers exclusives released on 9 October 2026. Gamers also has official Love Live! tie-up shops in Harajuku and Odaiba.

Kanda Myojin, the shrine that appears in the first Love Live! series, is a short walk from Akihabara; Kanda Myojin has the visit.

What should you know before shopping at Gamers?

Payment is easy: contactless credit cards, transport IC cards such as Suica, and QR payments including PayPay, Alipay and WeChat Pay are listed. The store is tax-free. Deposits for reservations are cash only. Exclusive items often sell out, so Gamers offers online store reservations for pick-up.

This is the honest section. Gamers sells new goods at list price; its draw is exclusives, store bonuses and the Bushiroad, Ensemble Stars!! and Love Live! floors, not discounts. What is happening at Gamers for its 30th anniversary?

Gamers is marking 30 years with Gamers-exclusive Di Gi Charat goods, including acrylic stands, badges, a tote bag and a desk mat, released on 24 October 2026 and available to reserve online for store pick-up. The 7th floor runs pop-up stores every day, so check the store page for the current one.
